At this charming 450-square foot pied-a terre in Greenwich Village, which was featured in Rue Magazine, Margaret Costello Interiors & Design Studio fully furnished the space, creating a turnkey, comfortable yet stylish retreat in the heart of New York City. Maximizing functionality was a priority for the client, and our designer strategically gave each space multiple purposes and functions. Designing with the rental mentality in mind, Margaret Costello Interiors & Design Studio selected versatile pieces that could grow with the client, even when she moved into her next home.
